REFUNDS & RETURNS

We have a 24 hour refund policy, which means you have 24 hours after submiting a payment for our services to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a refund, you can contact us at joseph@knightshuttle.com. Please note that refund requests must be submitted within 24 hous after purchase of service(s) and all qualifying refunds are subject to a $25 transactions fee.
If your refund is accepted, you will receive your refund minus the transaction fee of $25 within the next 24 to 48 hours.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like rented products offered by Knight Shuttle. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item, or requesting a refund with 24 hours after purchasing a service, and make a separate purchase for the new service.
